لكن بما اني سيده فوق السبعين سنه كان صعب علي ادوس حاول فيه ابني و السائق ان يجعلوا السير عليه لي اسهل . في النهايه اعطيته ابني . السير ممتاز لكنه لا يصلح لي . شكرا جزيلا لكم 🌹

ドッシリとしたパイプの土台が重厚で壊れなさそうな作りです。 色もピンクで可愛い。角度を着けずに一番軽い負荷でやってますがかなりキツイです。 体重の軽い人なら更にかもしれない。 ふくらはぎに筋肉が着いた実感はあるけど、やり過ぎると膝が痛くなるので、歯磨きしながら朝晩３分程度の使用です。 体重が軽い女性、膝が悪い人には向かないです。 外国製だからか、負荷がキツイです。 冬はオイルが固いせいか本当に重い！ 夏、冬の使用感に差を感じます。

Simple to set up and fits easily under my desk so I actually stand up & use it without having to haul it out of a cupboard. I definitely feel it working my muscles – it's more of a workout than I expected. I'm enjoying it :)

Great workout! I like how compact it is and that you can adjust it to your level. If there were more stars I’d give them! Keeps my heart rate up and easy to move around

Very happy with this product. Delivery arrived 2 days earlier and in very good condition. It’s very heavy. Already used it today for 30mins. It’s a very good replacement for my old one. The safer was very good we’ll see how it goes ☺️
