Excellent supplement, particular for statin users
I'm not a doctor nor any sort of medical professional. I was recently talking with a friend in the pharmaceutical field, and she explained that statin users need to take CoQ10 and why. I can't recreate the discussion, but it prompted me to order this. (Feel free to Google "coq10 needed with statin" for yourself and decide if it's appropriate for you to consider. Talk with your doctor to discuss your situation.) I started taking it, and it was very easy on my system. No taste, small little soft pill, and I'm pleased with adding it to my vitamin regimen.
