2 things I’ve noticed that could be improved on; 1. It’s a micro usb charger. Not many products use this charging method anymore. Really wish it would’ve come with a C-Type charging. 2. The headphones have an internal driver that plays a loud beeping when scrolling through YT shorts. None of her previous headphones did this so I can only assume this is a feature built into the headphones themselves. Purchased these for my HK loving 8 yr old. She’s a snob when it comes to HK products and only “believes” in purchasing licensed products. So for xmas I knew it would be hard to find HK licensed high quality headphones. Luckily I saw these as a daily deal during prime day and purchased. They took a little while to ship but I purchased way before xmas so that wasn’t an issue for me personally. The headphones look, feel and operate at the high quality you would expect. She has apple AirPod max, beats and JBL’s prior to this purchase. She’s loves these the most so far. She said she can wear them for hours without any discomfort and the noise cancelling is better and more comfortable. She doesn’t use the light feature often to save the battery life. I can say the battery life is not as extended as the JBL 700 but as long as you plug them up at night you’re good for multiple hours of use.

I waited a few months before reviewing to test these out. The battery life is great. I use them for a couple of hours a day and have to recharge every 4 weeks. The audio is great. I use it to play online and anm able to speak with no delay. I am able to talk on my phone as well. It works with my Nordictrack. In fact, I can’t find anything it doesn’t work with. The other thing I like is that they are so comfortable. I call them the clouds they are so soft. I own several Razer products and the quality is always superb. These match my Razer Sanrio keyboard perfectly. Of course they are cute but don’t let that fool you they are quality. Don’t forget if you have trouble connecting be sure to hold down the power for 5 seconds when turning on to auto connect.

I love hello kitty I love hello kitty I love hello kitty These are so adorable and the sound quality is beautiful! My only complaint is wearing them almost everyday in the sweaty summer has turned the ear covers a lil yellow. :( I bought pink ones to use instead but I’m still sad about it. The weight of the headphones is pretty heavy but idc I still think they’re adorable and perfect for music and gaming🗣️‼️

They are really cute. The sound quality is great, it took three long weeks to come in and when it did the packaging was kinda busted and had dirt even inside the package. No problem with the headphones they were great and they also came in with full battery. I got these for my phone not for a pc or something and the quality sounds great on my phone and so far there’s no problems and I think it was a great purchase to anyone who likes hello kitty.

The appearance of this headset is so cute and I am a collector of Hello Kitty merch so this was super appealing to me. As other reviews stated there are some sound quality issues. I notice there are two options when configuring the headset to your PC, AG sound and Stereo sound. If you are using this for gaming and you use Discord you may notice the sound quality is quite poor, almost like listening through a tin can. Only AG sound works while using Discord and gaming. I reached out to Razer and discovered this is due to Bluetooth limitations. If you are not in a voice call and use Stereo sound or use it with a phone it is incredible sound quality. Long story short they let me know that if you are using it with the built in mic and the headset you will only be able to use the poor quality AG settings, but if you use a separate external mic you can use Stereo and have great quality again. The mic is pretty poor quality for voice chatting as well. I am a bit disappointed because it mentions gaming so much in the description but Razer support said it is really not optimized for gaming. However, for me I love the look of it so much I decided just to buy an external mic to go with it so I can have good sound quality when chatting and gaming. Overall, just know what you get when purchasing this device. If you mostly play solo games it will be great, just be sure to switch to stereo sound. If you game and voice chat be sure that you have an external mic to use with it.

bad quality sound. if you wear makeup or have dyed hair, good luck cleaning it off of the headset. you can definitely find better headphones

I had been scouting the headphone market for almost a year and finally decided to bite the bullet and try these. I was hesitant because of the reviews but I'm so glad I bought these! I am an ultimate Sanrio fan and these are the perfect fit to my collection!! I had been wearing a pair of Beats headphones for the past 6ish years and finally wore them down to the point they needed replacing. I was worried because of the mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these the first time. The sound quality is great and the noise canceling is amazing. My family is also no longer complaining about hearing my shows through the headset because they fully cover your ear. The app to change the audio settings and color of Hello Kitty on the ear is sweet addition. The material is also good. Not too heavy to hurt your neck during long term use, but also not flimsy enough to worry about breaking them. My only concern is about getting anything on the white ear cups- but that's a me problem, not a product problem. I can't think of anything negative to say about this product! If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you will love these headphones!!!
