Great.
Great, very smokey taste, and easier to use than liquid smoke for certain applications. (Mixing with other spices, etc.). I keep the bag in a tight jar to keep the odor sealed.

we got the smoke
I like this way better than the liquid smoke just one thing to keep in mind. This stuff is super strong. It is made for 20 pounds of meat I just needed it to put on a few chicken wings and I loved it. Just be careful of the amount you put on your food.

Save Your Old Spice Jars
Use sparingly and have at least two 1.5 oz bottles for the contents of the bag to keep it fresh. I use hickory wood to smoke my protein, but there are times when I want the quick flavor without using the slow BBQ method.

Good flavor but you have to use a lot to get desired results

Hickory smoke flavor powder
I bought this hickory smoke flavor to use on roasted almonds. I mixed it with a few other ingredients and they turned out delicious. It comes in 3 ounce package and is recommended for 25 pounds of meat. I have not tried it on meat yet but I'm confident it will be delicious also.
