Only been taking it about two weeks and I haven’t felt any extra energy yet but I’m going to give it a month. I rated it at five stars however because I’ve had zero side effects. It’s easy on the stomach and I have a sensitive stomach. I don’t know what the other reviewers are complaining about saying it’s hard to swallow. It’s not a ginormous tablet and it’s easy to swallow. The big benefit for me are zero side effects, no stomach issues no headaches, no sleeplessness and that’s a big deal for me.

I love the nutritional value of this multi-vitamin and that it contains natural food sources. However, I am not crazy about the aftertaste.

I think these are great quality multivitamins for a fair price. I’ll buy them again. Big Pill swallows easily.

A lot of reviews in here about the size of the vitamin and yes it is large but I don't have any issues swallowing the pill and it is a good vitamin I would say if you do have issues swallowing it cut it in half

I have found it very hard to beat the price and performance of the men's 50 plus pills. You get so much packed in there and you can often find a great price. But they are large and do taste like vitamin B, So make sure you plenty of liquid or whatever to swallow it with!

Proper old school vitamins. Got everything in them. They taste natural and remind me of vitamins 40 years ago. Already feel the benefits after 3 weeks of taking them. Highly recommend them.

After using for awhile, I prefer wellman 50+
