It has relatively good effect without any caffeine, sleep schedule is unaffected.

I usually enjoy trying new pre-workouts, especially non-stim. But this is one of the worst. It’s very gritty, the flavoring is not calibrated well, and I did not notice any significant pumps, even with two scoops. But the worst part is, if you look at ingredient panel, it uses red40, which is a harmful chemical dye to give it color. (Also known as Tartrazine). Do your research on red40, it is an ingredient you want to avoid and I totally missed it upon purchase. There’s a reason Red40 is becoming banned in more food products across the world.
