My family loves this water cooler. The tap water in our town has a bit of an off flavor, so we didn't drink nearly as much water as we need to in order to maintain health.This keeps the water cool, but not so cold that it is painful to drink (I have sensitive teeth).The hot water isn't quite boiling, but it is plenty hot for making hot tea, oatmeal, ramen noodles, hot cocoa, and other things like that. It WILL burn you if it gets on your hand.The instructions weren't very clear, but on the back of the cooler are two little switches for cooling and heating. Once you set it up, until you flip them, there won't be any hot or cool water.The storage underneath is very shallow, and nearly worthless, but that isn't why I got the cooler. It was just a little bonus thing under there. Great for cups. (It's about half the depth of the cooler, and looks insulated but it isn't cooled.

The dispenser is easy to use, works perfectly, and makes pouring water effortlessly more convenient. It's durable, practical for the home, and very useful for the whole family. I recommend it!

Have given this machine the benefit of doubt but it simply does not chill the water in any way. The water remains room temperature from the cold tap. The hot water seems to work great. I even tried turning off the hot and leaving the cold on but still room temp only from cold tap; the temp is not adjustable. I really wanted this to work but it was cheap and that is what you get. It’s going back.

I won’t say it’s a wonderful value, but only because to me paying anything over 50 to dispense water is more of a luxury and not a need. I can’t lift the big jugs but as long as I have someone around to do that( aging and back issues) . The hot water function worked fine and was able to make hot cocoa last night and water was hot enough to dissolve the mix and melt the marshmallows.In my personal opinion the plastic seems a bit thin and not as stealthy as I would expect in like a commercial unit but works fine. Only two complaints or wishes : I would have liked a more high end feel to the cabinet and taller . But works very well and overall satisfied. I’m sure if I had spent more, maybe I would have gotten a very nice dispenser, but it works fine… but only used it once this far

This cooler leaks. It is constructed with cheap plastic. Piece of junk. It leaks. It keeps the water cold if there is any left in the bottle because it leaks. First they sent a used one in a box without the bottom section. Then they send a replacement and it started leaking after 2 months. Return window closed, of course. Emailed the seller "Home Lot" and did not get an answer. Please don't buy this piece of j...k. Going to the curve...

I loved this for the hot water dispenser. I have nice hot tea every morning. Unfortunately after 8 months it just stoped working!I went to make a hot tea and the water came out cold!!

La huse por mucho tiempo y me encantaba, ya no la husaba y sé la regalé a mi hermano, el agua sale bien fría y bien caliente, la recomiendo sin dudas

Hot and cold water works great, use for cold drinks or hot coffee in the mornings.
