Amazing printing quality, fast and ink last forever. I’m surprised after few weeks using the printer still with the same ink level pretty much. I extremely recommend this printer.

I've been using this Smart Tank for a few months before posting a review, as I think that most people want to know how the product performs in real life, as opposed to an unboxing: because 'and then what ...' Setting up the unit was simple. Even the jeopardy moments of filling the ink tanks from the bottles that came in the box went well. HP have designed a system that works efficiently and sensibly. Or as they would put it 'smart'. Connectivity is a challenge for most wifi printers. I am pleased to be able to say that connecting to the network and starting to use the printer was smoother than I have experienced before. The HP interface is well organized (as it should be after all this time as a category leader) and the printer delivers what I want printed almost always flawlessly. It's not been without its moments - we had a few days when the documents did not spool properly into the printer memory and it churned out page after page of almost empty paper. But, overall, I am happy with this unit - moreso, because I had not read the description well enough and understood that it is a duplex printer. For a small unit, that's really quite impressive.

I simply don't understand why anyone would make, market, and sell a network printer, (and a wireless one at that), if it's always in sleep mode and there is absolutely nothing you can do to wake it up in order to print or scan anything, besides go to the printer, turn it off and back on for it to be able to take any commands over wifi. I have tried everything, including a fresh re-install (and it is a nightmare to FULLY uninstall and reinstall), speaking with HP support on whatsapp for 2 straight days only to reach the conclusion that it is a power saving feature! Which by the way you cannot disable from the settings. The best you can do is prolong it from 5 minutes by default to 15 minutes and that's it. It is ridiculous. Everything works fine for the first 5 minutes but after that the printer goes to sleep and in spite of the blue wifi light being on, meaning the printer is still connected to the network, and in spite of it showing that green cloud on the app and saying "ready", nothing really works. If I try to scan from phone it says "feature not available". If i try to print it says "looking for scanner". It is so frustrating I have come close to smashing it to pieces many times over. Connectivity through the both the desktop and mobile app is really poor and slow and every time you try to access a feature you have to pray for it to work. And most of the time it doesn't. It's a really big disappointment to have all this technology and pay this price to obtain a product you feel hasn't gone through any serious testing. I mean yea the features are great and work fine, but you have to keep the printer on its toes and not allow it to sleep?? Unbelievable. I will try to set it up again on ethernet connection and hope it works better. I wish I had tested this before...

This printer working good. I find little slow in printing but the quality of printing is good.

ما شاء الله الطابعه ابهرتني بكل مميزاتها و بسعرها الي يعتبر اقل سعر بالمميزات هذي 1 الها برنامج موجود على كل المنصات و سهل جدا جدا جدا 2 فيها طباعه تلقائيه على الوجهين يعني تسحب و تقلب الورق تلقائي (( دوبليكس )) 3 احبارها رهيبه و موفره جدا جدا و احبارها الاصليه كلها اساسا رخيصه 4 تدعم اوراق الصور الفوتوجرافيك و تطبع الصور كانها من محل تصوير ما شاء الله 5 البرنامج مالها مفيد جدا و فيه مميزات كثيره مثل تعديل الصور والنصوص و الاسكان حتا اساس فيه شغلات مفيده للاطفال مثل دروس التلوين و غيره 6 الطابعه سريعه و هاديه مش مزجه ابدا 7 فيها درج اوراق يكفي 250 ورقه اي حد يشتري الطابعه اول شي ينزل البرنامج اول شب يسوي حساب في اتش بي وبعدين يمشي مع الخطوات اول ب اول الين ما تنتهي من خطوات التشغيل و بعدين خذ احلى طابعه بسعر اقل من الف درهم و للعلم الي نفس الطابعه هذي من الشركات الثانيه اغلى منها بكثير

I was very hesitant about buying a printer that is not laser jet, but this one turned out to be a good product. I love the little sensor screen on top and the opportunity to scan/copy your ID documents from both sides (they print out on the same page). One thing that obviously is not as good as lasers can offer is the quality of printing – it might smudge a teeny-tiny bit and doesn't appear as bright as lasers. But hey, the prices is much lower, so for me it is worth it.

The printer was super easy to set up. It prints decent quality and at good speed. Every now and then only half a page prints and it jams up, when loading a print batch of 20 pages or so. It's done that perhaps one out of ten print runs. Its irritating and disappointing but once the jam is cleared its easy to get going again. I'm hoping it's the paper causing the glitch. Time will tell.

Ev ve küçük ofis için en güzel yazıcı, tarayıcı cihaz. Tank olması çok hesaplı, çıktılar kaliteli, arkalı önlü baskı sunması çok iyi. Önceki versiyonu 8 sene kullandım, çarpma sonrası kırılınca buna geçtim.

Uzun yıllardır Laser model printer kullanan biri olarak, bu ürünü gerçekten de başarılı buldum. Sayfa baskı kalitesi güzel ve hızlı bir şekilde basıyor. Özellikle arkalı önlü baskısı gerçekten de hızlı. Kutu içerisinden 3 adet siyah GT 53 XL ve birer adet GT52 renkli mürekkep çıkıyor. Bunlar sizi yeterince idare eder. Benim sorun yaşadığım tek kısım ürünün kurulumu oldu. Cep telefonu üzerinden mobil app ile kurulum yaptım. Wifi şifresi, kullanıcı oluşturma gayet basit ve anlaşılır ama en son printer Security verify adımında sınıfta kaldım. Printer üzerindeki info tuşuna APP de belirttiği gibi 1 dokunsam da olmadı. Olmadığı gibi printer wifi da sıfırladı. Verify olayını bitirmedim ama printer kusursuz bir şekilde çalışıyor sanırım app de bir sorun var.
