Perfect Fit and Great Value for My 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab
I recently installed the Tyger Auto 6” Riser Running Boards (TG-RS6C60248) on my 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab, and I’m very impressed with the quality, fit, and price. The boards fit perfectly with no drilling required, and the installation was quick and simple. They look great, feel sturdy, and provide a wide, non-slip step that makes getting in and out of the truck much easier. For the price, they’re an excellent value durable, stylish, and built to last. Highly recommend these running boards to anyone looking for an affordable and high-quality upgrade.

Great appearance, easy install, solid quality for the money.
Great product overall. These are light weight but seem to be robust enough to endure wear and tear. The installation process was very easy, clearly defined instructions, making it easy to execute install. I have a 2026 GMC SIERRA CREW CAB. There are 2 “extra” pre-tapped holes under this model, but it was easy to find which ones to utilize. I marked them with paint pen dots, and went to work. The finish is a matte black/charcoal grey. It looks completely OE, even with the Tyger logo. (Many have supplier names on them and clearly look aftermarket which I did not want that appearance. The main point of contact at the runner step up has a slip resistance textured material which is a must for me. KEY INSTRUCTION- do not fasten the bolts, leave some wiggle room as the instructions clearly define. As long as you do that, you can knock this job out solo and within an hour maximum (including any prep, tools, laying down mats, etc.) For the top bolts under the vehicle, I recommend using a low profile ratchet electric wrench. Here is the link to the one I used. I bought this since I can use My Dewalt batteries with it, and I did not want to pay the dewalt price for Something I’m not using as frequent as a drill. An angle drive head for your drill will work too, but risk of stripping the head is higher. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0DKSZ8TDP?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) Id recommend purchasing a clip removal tool. I used an Amazon basics puddy knife and a harbor freight clip remover which made it easier to remove the covers of the tapped holes.

Great choice
Simple enough to install, very sturdy and attractive. The steps make it much easier for this old man to get into his truck. Plus they just look great. Happy customer here.

Easy Install. Nice Quality.
Only just received them today and installed them right away. Will report back after they've got some use on them. They look to be well built and the powder coating is a nice smooth matte finish. The boards are aluminum but the brackets appear to be powder coated steel - we'll see how well those hold up to a Midwest winter. The boards are actually a wedge shape, but the plastic end caps square them off. I'm a bit concerned about how well that excess plastic end cap material will hold up, but we'll see. Install took about an hour, including unpacking everything, getting tools out, sorting out the hardware and reading the instructions. Easy one man job. Install the brackets first and leave them kind of loose. Lay the board on the brackets and hand tighten a couple bolts. Now you can crawl back underneath and finish everything up at once. Only tools I needed was something to pry the plastic plugs out with, an 8mm socket and a ratchet. I did torque them, so if you're going to do that, you'll need a torque wrench too. Some sort of thread locker wouldn't be a bad idea, but its not absolutely necessary. There are two different type & length bolts, so make sure you don't mix them up (I mixed up two and had to swap them out). The boards can be adjusted about 3/4 of an inch in & out, but that's the only adjustment. I installed them as far out as they'd go. So far I'm very pleased with everything. I think they look great on my truck, too.

Very happy so far
Installation was super simple and the fit was perfect. They look nice. We'll see how they hold up. I'll update my review in the future after they've gotten some use.

Damaged from rough UPS handling.
Running boards are as advertised and look good. The package was damaged with big hole in the shipping box because of rough handling from UPS. Small dent in one running board.

Great product and simple to assemble.
Great product, was super easy to assemble and feels sturdy when i put all my weight on it (280lbs). Took an hour to put on and instructions were simple. I only needed a socket wrench 13mm socket and a plastic prey tool to get the plastic screws out from the frame.

Nice fit look good
Arrived in 2 days, probably 1.5 hrs with two of us made it easy, the hardest part was getting the plastic plugs out of the rockers to access the factory threads for the brackets lol , straight forward, bolted up nice. Plenty wide, seems good for the money.. time will tell
