It helps actually works with hot flashes at night I couldn’t sleep through night every 10 minutes I had to wake up but trying this I can sleep peacefully now hope it work forever n

The product instructions said to use it if feeling the menopause symptoms... So far, I have not seen any difference. However, I will continuously take it every day.

Simple here - everyone is different. But this works - for me. Hot flashes woke me up about 8 times a night. Barely fall asleep and another one. Kick off the covers, wait 5 min, snuggle under. Repeat all night long. After about 3 nights of these pills (one before bed) they lessened and now, two weeks later, stopped. This will not work for everyone - we are all unique and that's what makes us special - but at less than $10 it's worth a shot. I trust this company - my 2 cents.

Product works over a period of time. Best results after 60 days of continuous use. I didn’t read the entire description correctly and didn’t understand why I wasn’t receiving the slightest bit of help with my hot flashes. This was my fault for not properly reading all material provided. This may very well be a great product after the directions are followed but I do not recommend it if you need faster relief of symptoms like hot flashes.

Made me super nauseous!!! I tried 3 different doses and it’s a no go for me at all! Even tried with food NOPE
