I purchased this swim belt to aid with buoyancy during aerobic and resistance training in my swim spa. The first time I wore it I felt like it was thrusting me forward while trying to stay upright. I'm 5'2 and the water comes to my shoulders so I turned the belt backward with the buckle in the back and that works great for me. When I swim my bottom tends to sink so this swim aid helps keep my bottom and hips up for a much more comfortable swim. I had purchased and returned multiple belts before finally finding one that works for me. I rinse it off quickly and hang up to dry after using. the quality is great and good value for the money. I have been using this for almost a year four days a week the quality is great and good value for the money.

It works. Keeps you floating. I used it to set crab nets in the ocean. So I used this as a safety backup. No pinching around the waist. Would recommend it.

This is a durable aqua belt but at the smallest setting, it still crawls up too high on my ribcage making it not so comfortable. Not great for small women,

I taught deepwater classes at a Y for years. I have used many brands of water floatation belts. This is the one I buy for personal use and recommend to friends for home pools -- the price to quality is an outstanding value. I think it is more comfortable than some of the pricier belts, and it "just works." It doesn't get in the way when you move or chafe. The belt webbing is woven through the holes correctly (buckling inside, not over the top of the foam)--which some of the cheap Chinese knock-offs get wrong. If you have a very dense body mass (e.g., heavy set with tons of muscle) and tend to "sink," you may need a bigger, more dense kind of foam--but for most women, this belt is a great choice for deep or shallow water aerobics and aqua jogging. Just be sure to pull it tight before entering the water -- all of them float up if not tightened correctly at the beginning.

I bought this belt to use while swimming in the sea on vacation. I am not a strong swimmer, so I can get anxious if I can't touch bottom or swim to something to hang on to. This belt supported me well, giving me confidence to swim away from the boat for a distance, to use a skibob, and to snorkel. Some reviews mention that the belts ride up. I did not have any problems at all. The belt stayed in place until I unbuckled it.

I got tired of going to the therapy pool that I swim in and not knowing whether there would be a belt available, so I took a chance and ordered this aqua float belt to see how it would perform. It has performed well over the past month. I swim every day and wear it. So far it has performed well, held me up, is very light, fits and adjusts well, and dries well. I am very pleased with this aqua belt and recommend it highly.
