I recently purchased a car diffuser from CEENIU and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite diligently following the user manual, including regular cleaning of the spray port with a cotton swab as recommended, the product's performance has been consistently poor. After just 6 weeks of use, the mist output is non-existent, rendering the diffuser ineffective. Dishearteningly, my attempts to seek assistance from the customer support team have only added to my disappointment. Despite providing all necessary information, including the date of order and order number, the customer support team insisted on further verification, even though my 1-year warranty had already been accepted and activated simultaneously. The so-called "hassle-free solutions" promised in their quality assurance statement have proven to be nothing more than empty words. The unprofessionalism displayed by the customer support team in hesitating to process a refund is disconcerting. I had hoped for a quality product and reliable customer service, but Ceeniu has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend to buy this as is just a waste of money (poor quality)and very unprofessional after sales customer service as they are not willing to find a solutions.

This is the best air freshener I have purchased. I was a little skeptical (as I normally an when buying anything for the first time from an Amazon seller), but let assure you, you will be happy with the purchase. The product has weight to it, it looks and works with high quality. Even the packaging feels higher class. I've attached a video and a couple pics. This model is a nebulizer and puts out a little spritz at an automated frequency, with the first being as soon as it detects you open your door so the car is always smelling good everytime you get in! Also, it does not continue spraying when you leave the car, saving the perfume. You can place it in any cup holder you want. I keep it down near my feet as not to distract me, but anywhere works. I will warn that my wife says it bothers her asthma when it's right in her face (hence why I put it at our feet). You also have the option to keep it plugged in (usb c) or simply charge and run off batteries for a while. The scents are really nice, so far I've only used Cologne and bamboo forest (I prefer the bamboo). They are strong but not over powering. The pic of the Cologne bottle is with 2 months of use (on smart/auto mode). I drive 2 hours a day. So I'd say 80 hours or so used up a third of the bottle. One should last you six months I'd estimate. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The support is also very good, as is the warranty. Go ahead and get one. The price is worth it, especially if on sale.

I am so happy that I found this scent device on amazon. It is a product that is build with great care and screams quality both visually and in your hands. The atomized scent burst is always just the right amount to freshen and refresh the car. One thing that is both a plus and minus depending on your perspective is the lights that tell you what mode you are operating in. They are a minimalist design meaning that they are faint and not very visible during the day so when you are selecting the different modes it is difficult to see. The advantage of this is that as it this operating it isn’t a point of distraction especially while driving at night. I usually do need to change the mode. I opt to leave in the motion sensing setting so as the car is in motion the product sends out the scenting mist. My car’s cigarette port only turns on when I start the car so I leave the power source plugged in so that the unit turns itself on as power enters it which is absolutely perfect. I am hoping that new scents will be introduced in the future, I am not very keen on the ones that are currently offered. Please not that this device does not work well with oil based scents so I can not use any third party scents with it. I have another device which can accept scented oils but I have to manually start it every time. I am not generally lazy but I admittedly am spoiled by the convenience ceeniu provides. I am settling for the scents that are available now but truly look forward to have more choices. On the note scents, these refills lasts for an exceptionally long time. I am getting almost two months out of it depending on how often I drive. ******** This seller’s customer support is out of this world good. On a scale of 1 - 10 it would be easy to give them a 15. I had a problem with the product and was shipped a new one with some complimentary samples in addition at no charge.
