Not so great as expected. Better but honey based gels.

The flavor of this product is fantastic! The thickness is much less that other gels making it easier to swallow while running. I like the lower citric acid content. My only wish is that the top of the gel packaging that is removed during opening had a tether to keep it attached to the main casing so I did not have to deal with the small tab (putting back in my running trunks so not to litter). That would make this product perfect!

I love this product for fueling my long runs. It is easy to consume and tastes good. I like that this flavor has no caffeine. I use the raspberry for when I need the caffeine kick.
