Fits tight and looks neat
Wraps a 31" spare wheel on a trailer nice and tightly, the elastic is around 5 cm down from the tread of the tyre which holds it in place at highway speeds, the cover wraps the wheel well. The cover appears well made and the fabric seems sturdy. Time will tell but so far so good.
