The mask was just as described

I was initially a little concerned ordering this, as the other reviews made it sound like this was some sort of dodgy product that may or may not have been the real thing, and that it breaks easily etc. Firstly, the product shipped from the UK, so that was a little confusing. However, it arrived well ahead of the estimated time Amazon gave, and appears to be the official product made by Fisher & Paykel. The reviewer who thought it odd that the packaging said it's not for resale didn't seem to consider that the message might be for the end user. In terms of it breaking easily, I've been using the Vitera every night for 3 years now and haven't broken the frame, so it's sturdiness is mostly based on how you handle it. I ordered this one as backup, just in case it does happen to break. Other than this, the frame does come with the seal, as shown in the photos. It doesn't come with anything else (no strap, no clips etc), so if you just want a new frame, this is the product for you.
