I'm hesitant to write this because our machine hasn't worked right since we used this sugar. We normally use a different brand. I'm not sure if this didn't heat good enough or ?? The cotton candy would come out with little balls of cotton candy in it. Wouldn't roll onto a cone that way either. We h avent tried the machine since.
