Exceeded my expectations. Before I used squeeze shaped sized eggs for years, while that did help, these steel baoding balls did the trick. I was so impressed with them I purchased another set and have both hands spinning simultaneously and my hands no longer hurt. These are high quality and the perfect size for everyone. Once again thank you Jeff Bezos.

This size is perfect for me, I wear a medium to a large glove size. If you don't care about the chimes like some have, (I find that annoying after a few minutes) you will love this product. I can watch TV and use these at the same time. Also the weight of these are perfect. Some others lack in that department. I also think the heavier the easier it is to use. Just my opinion. I plan on buying some more for gifts for some friends that can use it with all its benefits. The case is convenient too.

These are solid steel. Like big ball bearings. So in that, just know that they do not jingle like some other options. They are just the right size, and after getting used to the weight, they are perfect. Thinking about ordering a second pair for using both hands simultaneously.
