UPDATE : Still a company i would stick with, but i ordered a 12 oz bottle but received an 8oz. Fortunately Amazon repaired the situation. This morning, I was in a rush preaprring a cosmetic for a friend, opened the 8oz, and out came light brown contents......I have never seen brown gel. It smelled ok, and i had to use it, despite it's unappealing appearance, that I had to apologize for. Hoping to reach the company tomorrow, for an explanation. (sigh) Been using it since i got it about 24 hours ago (several times). Came with internal AND external factory seals, is clear, and has a good gooey flow, rather than watery (due to natural thickener), or like stiff gel. It mixes well with my other skin care products, is odorless, clear and pleasant to use. The company is transparent about ingredients (It DOES contain Potassium Sorbate.....so is the product "natural"?) ....and the price is REALLY right....They have a new, long-term customer now! It, combined with Castor oil, added to my body lotion, are keeping my normally horrid Winter-skin, in check.
