Easy to apply and effective

This is awesome to use if you suffer from bad cramps and monthly MC. I thought I'd try and rub it just above my knickers line and it relieved the cramps. I also suffer from painful swollen legs and arms . This eases the pain and gives me the relief I need. Will definitely be getting more as it's easy and clean to use.

I get tension in my shoulders and neck from stress which often causes really painful muscle spasms. Ibuprofen gel, deep heat, etc. don’t help, so I typically need a prescription from my GP. I came across this and decided to give it a try not expecting anything - I am beyond impressed! It made it so I could move again and within a few days I was completely back to normal! The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because it actually isn’t possible to reach and use on the back properly. It also does have a smell as I noticed other reviews commenting on this. I haven’t tried other tiger balm products before so I can’t compare it, but personally I didn’t find it to be too overwhelming or a problem.

Easy to apply especially on those hard to reach places but you need to put on a fair amount to get any effect . Smells completly different from original red tiger balm and not as effective as does not last as long

I would say use in moderation. It is effective used with other pain relief.

I suffer with neck, shoulder and back pain due to tension and this really helps ease it. Would recommend. Little tip, use sparingly otherwise the sensation is overpowering

I’m not sure if this works by distracting you from pain with the sensation of the tiger balm lotion on the skin, or if it really does release tension, but I found it really effective for DOMS in my legs and shoulders. It’s easy to put on in most areas and the nozzle acts like a little massager when applying. It does have a smell but no leaves no staining whatsoever. It does get a bit hot on the skin, or possibly cold - I’m not sure! But it’s not an uncomfortable sensation. Similar to deep heat but subtly different.
