I have used these faucets in the building I take care of and I'm pretty satisfied with it overall. After about 2 to 3 years however, a few of them (I bought around fifty of them, and so far 4 of them had to be replaced) developed problems with the motion sensor. Also, batteries seem to be draining too fast in some of them, for some reason. Overall, an excellent product for the price. ***(update)**** we are replacing them at a faster rate than before... seems to be related to the amount of time they are used, the ones that are not used often are still working fine after 4 years but the ones used often require battery changes almost every 1 to 2 months. After a while, even the battery change doesn't work and we end up replacing the faucet.

Just installed this motion sensor faucet in our bathroom and honestly, it’s been a game changer! First off, it works really well—the sensor picks up your hands instantly every time, no waving around needed. Water flow is smooth and shuts off right when you move away. Super convenient! I love how it helps keep things cleaner. No more touching the handle with messy or germy hands, which is perfect for the whole family. Feels more sanitary, especially during flu season or when you have guests. Another big plus—NO LEAKS! It’s sealed up nicely and doesn’t drip at all. I was a little worried about battery life or possible leaks, but so far it’s been totally solid and reliable. Installation was pretty straightforward if you’re handy, but even if you’re not, I’d say it’s doable with the instructions. Overall, super happy with this purchase. Saves water, keeps the sink area tidy, and just works like it should. Definitely recommend!

I’m very satisfied with the Charmingwater Touchless Bathroom Sink Faucet. The motion sensor works quickly and consistently, turning the water on and off without delay, which makes everyday use much more hygienic and convenient—especially for kids or when your hands are dirty. The chrome finish looks modern and polished, adding a clean, upscale look to the bathroom. Installation was straightforward, and the included hole cover plate was a nice touch, making it easy to fit on sinks with different configurations. The faucet feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like some other automatic faucets. Water flow is smooth and well-controlled, helping reduce water waste compared to traditional faucets. Overall, this faucet combines style, functionality, and value very well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom with a touchless, modern faucet at a reasonable price.

You can see the sensor detecting your hand as there is a red LED flashing but it does not flow water. You can even hear a small click like trying to work but only works when it wants. Tried with multiple batteries with no success (lithium batteries as they recommend) now I’m stuck with a faucet that is not working. I thought the sensor was dead but it’s like the actuator does not have enough energy as you can hear a small click. But, as I stated before, I tried with different batteries: -first with a set of lithium new ones. -then I though that the batteries were old (I mean old in stock and they discharged) and bought rechargeable lithium batteries, charged them to full before use with no success. Same result. Also when it opens you need to get the dragon balls to ask Shenlong to stop the water flow since if you move your hand the water is still flowing.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a touchless faucet, but this one ended up being a really nice upgrade. The sensor is super responsive, just waving your hand near the bottom turns the water on instantly, and it shuts off right away when you move your hand out. It’s great for keeping the faucet clean since you don’t have to touch anything with messy hands. Adjusting the water temperature underneath the sink was pretty simple, and once you set it, you don’t have to mess with it again. The stainless steel design looks sleek and modern, and it actually feels heavier and more durable than I expected. Installation was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the parts were all organized, so even without plumbing experience it wasn’t stressful. It also runs on AA batteries, and since it only activates when in use, it should last a while before needing a replacement! Overall, it’s been reliable, looks great, and adds a really convenient hands-free feature. Definitely happy I switched to a touchless faucet!
