AWFUL QUALITY! THE WORST PHONE I HAVE BOUGHT YET. sounds cheap and tinny and the buttons are the worst. I threw mine out after a week I was so disgusted

I wish there were a way to eliminate the SOUND when a message is coming in on answer machine. When resting or sleeping it wakes me up -- so cannot have it on. Do you have a way to eliminate this problem or an alternate phone with control of sound to eliminate it in answer machine when message is being recorded.

Phone does not work as stated. Not loud and difficult to program. Wanted to return but was unable. Waste of money.

I bought this looking for a simple phone for my grandmother who's hard of hearing.- My first issue with it is that pairing the handset with the base was extremely flaky. It's a major reason I'm returning it. I kept getting "TBR6 Failed."- I didn't like the buttons; they're soft plastic, and the feedback they give is rather mushy. There isn't an assuring click when you've hit the button.- The voice on the answering machine speaks quickly, is very mechanical, and somewhat hard to understand.- On the plus side, it uses 3 AAA NiMH batteries, so you don't need a special type of battery. The downside is if you're not paying attention, you might buy alkaline batteries and have major charging problems.- The buttons and the text are large- It seems decently loud.

Only has the phone just over a month and keys don't work cheap phone very disappointed

i hate this thing did not recharge like it said . stopped as soon as it lost power!
