I bought 1 inch and 1.5 inch black felt pads for an old set of chess pieces. I was hoping they would be "good enough", but I was pleasantly surprised by how good these are. The felt itself is dense, tough, and richly black. The adhesive is thick and gummy; it seemed to have no trouble sticking to the old worn-out felt bottoms already in place, and I'm honestly not sure I could peel them off if I tried. Of course only time will tell if they are in it for the long haul, but I like my chances. I would not suggest them for any temporary uses - they give the impression of being quite permanent. I had to trim some of them to fit, but this was not difficult. The felt and backing cut easily with a good pair of scissors. I tried to include a picture showing the thickness of the felt pad. It's about the thickness of a U.S. penny, nice and flat - perfect for relatively small or light things. I'm not sure how well they'd stand up to heavier use, such as the bottom of furniture legs. At $.33 each, they are not super cheap... but I'm very pleased with the quality. I do not know where they are made, but Amazon says it's a small business, so I feel good about that as well. Buy with confidence.

The adhesive on these is great. It sticks well to my crochet projects.

I used them for the bottom of chess pieces they worked great for this application. They were super sticky so it was hard to get them off the paper that they are put on but they sure will stick to about anything you put them on. Note I bought the 1in ones.

They feel a little thin, but functional enough for what I needed. They're extremely sticky, but the backing can be a little bit of a challenge to peal off. A handful of them were stuck to the inside of the bags they came in.

Love these little things! They are great for any gadgets or knickknacks that sit on furniture that would scratch it with it's rough bottom otherwise.

These were the best accessories part of my costume. The easy peel and amazing stick just made my costume hassle free. I wore these on a white shirt and white tutu. AMAZING ease of use and did not leave a sticky residue. I had them on for about 14 hours between work and taking the kids trick or treating. EXCELLENT product!

The product was good. Very hard to peel the backing from the disc. Other than that it's working perfect!
