Does Not Work

This software is completely bogus. I bought it, loaded it, and it will not work. Can't create data base. I looked up the software (google) and found that I was not the only victim. Beware.

WAH!!! Doesn't work with my Windows 8.1

This CD won't play on my computer as this is for Windows 98 and higher. I have Windows 8.1, and am wondering if I can exchange it for one that will work on my Windows. I want to try to do my own astrological chart and see what is in store for me. Thank you.
