Did not realize these were plastic bottles, they look like glass, otherwise quality is great. But why anyone would use plastic for organic products never made sense to me

I have been using this oil exclusively for popcorn. The quality of this has remained consistent after multiple bottles and always makes a great batch of popcorn. The flavor is perfect and all you need is a minimal amount of salt.
