Having tried many Korean marinades this one has that punch of flavour for marinading or just simply over rice

Very very nice sauce. Simple to use. Sweet but not a cloying sweetness. Very very spicy - but not so much that you lose flavour. Heartily recommend this. I personally found the amount in the packet to be perfect for one person. I expect it would be fine for two but you will need more packets for more people. I used 3 for 4/5 people.

I have been having meals from HF trying out different things and this was one of the new ingredients I tried, loved it so now have a full size in my cupboard as it adds depth of flavour to the dish being made.

Far too runny for my liking, not what I was expecting for the high cost. Needs to be a thicker, more condensed flavour and texture. Taste was okay.
