Make sure you actually read and follow the instructions and it’ll work great. It does take a little bit of practice though, the first time or two I used it I had a hard time molding it into where I can’t see. I had a filling fall out that was covering an exposed nerve and this stuff is soft enough it didn’t bother the nerve and it lasted plenty long for me to wait for my dentist to have an appointment a week later. I also have a broken tooth I can’t afford to have removed right now that I’ve been using this cement to keep together and it works wonders, you shouldn’t use this to put off a dentist trip but if you need to while you get funds together; it’ll fulfill your needs. Between tooth brushing and water piking my teeth I only need to replace the paste after about a month or two it decays enough I can blast the remains out with a water pik and apply more. The containers may be small but it takes a piece smaller than even my pinky nail to keep together a completely broken apart molar so you don’t need much and it lasts a long time. I’ve been using it for three years now and I still have 2 containers left with regular use the entire 3 years A fair warning this stuff is disgusting and the taste lingers for a good while and makes everything else foul, so I recommend applying shortly before bed so you don’t eat or drink anything while the taste is still lingering 😅 It’s also messy and hard to wipe off so keep a towel you don’t care about handy when you apply it or use paper towels, it’s like trying to smear off partly dried paint

I am blessed not to have a need for these myself, but I buy them for my ex husband, and he insists on using them, because he has some painful teeth sometimes. But another little secret I told him about to keep sugar from killing his teeth, and that is Xylitiol. Xylitol is actually good for your teeth. At age 79, I still buy Xylitol suckers - yes just like baby suckers:):) Hey they're good, So my ex likes the suckers too because Xylitol is sweet, but not the kind of sweet that really hurts your teeth, if you have teeth problems, because real sugar can cause such pain to people who have teeth problems to the point now where my ex will on longer use real sugar for anything - just Xylitol, so I don't have painful teeth myself, but I like to use Xylitiol too, because they have a WHOLE LOT LESS calories than real sugar. I used to use Stevia, which is sweeter than Xylitol, but Stevia isn't known as being helpful and good for your teeth.

Very easy to use if you follow instructions. Quality is similar to dentistry and functions the same way. If you want pain relief from a loss filling you'll get some comfort once the product dries. Gives you tome if you can't get an appointment

I was in terrible pain. Lower rear moler. Coulodn't drink hot, cold, or sugar drinks. I see stars! Terrible pain. Filled the bad tooth and it helped the pain. about 50% improvement . slept whole night without needing advil. (Advil is a great drug for toothache pain. A godsend) I still have a mild pain constantly without advil in me vs severe pain. Easy to use, adheres to tooth great . drys like cement. In my case this tooth may need root canal, or extraction. This is for temporary use until u see your dentist

I have been using this particular product for over 7 years now. It is NOT meant to be used all the time just meant for a temporary fix long enough to get in contact with your doctor. With that said i have used it a lot longer then is meant to be used for and it works unbelievably well. Definitely a Very Highly Recommended product from me. I dont have ANY negative things to say about it nor have ever had any issues using it. It takes getting use to when using it to fill in and replace any missing fillings, cavities, exc. Some doctors will say they hate it or understand and like it but still dont like it at the same time (when they go to remove it bc sometimes it can be difficult if you do a really good job at putting it in). They prefer you clean the area by brushing it and washing your mouth out before using it so it does a better job at whats its meant to do and thats provide pain relief as well as protect the area from getting anything in it. Here is a Strong WARNING tho. You have to unfortunately put a fair bit of pressure to help ensure its completely covering the area that needs filled in, IF you have a sensitive or severe sensitivity in saod spot you Need to go to the doctor asap but this will 110% help but with the cost of pain that may be for a few or several minutes to potentially as long as a day especially if it was an exposed nerve like mine was. I didnt know until i had already firmly put it in place. Mistake for sure but after horrible pain it helped after about a whole day and went completely away. This stuff really works and works well. Just be careful applying it, make sure its applied well. There are videos on exactly how to do it, I have to use my index finger as it helps with being more precise then the tool you get. Lasts anywhere from 3-7 days depending how exposed that area is to food and how much hard foods you eat. I can make one filling last 1-3 months if im very careful. I dont recommend that but just an fyi. Overall this is probably one of the Most Liked products i buy. This pack will last me 6-18 month. First product i gave a very detailed review about because how much I love it, how Exceptionally Well it works and how good the product is itself. Highly recommend!

I have used this product for over 4 years now & usually I can count on it to last several days to 2-3 weeks. The current batch that I purchased here in Jan 2026 is TERRIBLE. Sometimes it doesn't even last 1 day or a few hours.l The product crumbles & breaks up like I've NEVER had it do previously! I have used 3 of the 6 kits and they ALL do this same thing. I'm considering trying a different brand! This was a BIG WASTE of money!

This stuff is magic.. I have a terribly broken molar and once a week I pack it with this stuff. Can eat and drink with it.
