Great purchase for the price! Good height, looks good in kitchen, wood grain is imprinted and looks attractive, it can serve as an island for food prep, and the two stools fit completely under the table top. I am very happy with our purchase of this product!! I do have two notes for those considering buying this set. #1 I am avoiding placing anything hot on the table top…even with a pot holder, placemat, or trivet since I have seen a lot of condensation appear. I am fairly sure this material will be damaged by heat or scratches. So far we haven’t caused any permanent damage by placing cans, potted plants, plates, metal pans (cool temp.), so it does seem fairly resilient to typical kitchen activities. NO to hot hot items and YES to use of wood or plastic cutting boards! Seems to be resistant to liquids on surface. #2 The table top came with black triangular edge protectors. I left them on during assembly and haven’t taken them off because if the corners are like those on the stools—they are sharp! The edges and corners on the stools are so crisp (and at times painful) that bumping against them and even sitting on them is to be avoided. I am about 250 pounds and the stools are very sturdy. I am planning on adding foam and upholstery fabric to create a more comfortable and safe (?) seating option.

I bought this to make a little coffee bar in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with it. The assembly went smoothly as the included instructions are clear and easy to follow, and everything fit really well. This is a well made product, everything lined up perfectly and went together very tightly. Very solid finished product and it looks great too!!

Great bar table for small areas or even a Good stand up desk if you so desired to use it in that manner. I was slightly dissatisfied with the cheapness of the panels of the wood table and chairs. (BE AWARE NOT TO SCREW IN THE BOLTS TO DEEP) I loved how easy it was to assemble the chairs and table. I appreciated the multiple same sized Alan-Wrench’s that came with the product. The screws were all nicely organized in separate bags which made assembling the chairs and table very straight forward. The box it came shipped in was strong and sturdy with thick cardboard, No lack of an abundance of styrofoam that served its purpose well. I have this set up as a replacement for a ridged old table i had sitting around for too long that I was assured would have broken sometime in the near future. I must say that the low bottom price of $165.00 to improve the safety and organization of my home was well worth it. 5 Stars
