I ordered this for my wife who was experiencing incredibly painful lower back pain. The vibration on this was able to deeply penetrate and relax those lower back muscles providing relief. This is a great and powerful recovery tool! It is light weight and very portable! The new addition of the rubber grip rings on the side keep the pressure where you want it to without slipping. It a soft yet firm roller for those that are concerned about the feeling. Me personally I have a very large 6’7” 380lb guy and I have no issue using this roller either. It was worth the investment and I highly recommend you try it out for yourself!

I had knee surgery 5 years ago and didn't know how tight my illeotibial band was until recently. I thought the foam roller was enough but this takes it to another level. I also use this on my back and neck regularly and the vibration loosens things up far more than just a regular roller. Hard to start and increase the speed

We love this foam roller! It has three different vibration settings (which means you can have it at a lower setting if you're a wimp like me) and really helps get into the muscles. And of course, you can keep it off all together, which came in handy when I was pregnant and didn't want the heavy vibrating. My husband uses this almost daily with his workouts. Would definitely recommend!

Roller charges but does not hold the charge beyond 30 minutes or so

The vibration is great, the roller itself is harder than i expected and the texture is not smooth. I would have preferred a small degree of cushion. However i kept the product and still use it
