The main thing I remember about this (I bought it as a gift) was being surprised at the quality of the rolling pin. It was a bit larger than expected (in a good way), it was heavy enough for serious baking, and it looked like a classy granite countertop which actually caught me off-guard. It rolls well and it's heavy enough for my sister to use it to squish (idk the technical term) dough into the proper shape. Some rolling pins are a bit sticky and can pull the dough up with it. I can't swear that will never happen, but while I was watching her use it, it worked very well. It was also very easy to clean.

Amazing product very well packed. The rolling pan is perfect not only for its ease to roll and to be cleaned, but because the coolness of the marble also facilitates working the dough. Included a cutter/scraper, a plastic mat with printed conversion charts and a wooden tray. I love this product so much to buy another for a friend.

This marble rolling pin worked great for rolling out bread dough. I'd previously used my wooden rolling pin for that and had to clean it off after rolling each piece of dough because it kept sticking even though I floured the wooden pin......this one however, worked like a charm..... I barely had to apply pressure for the dough to roll out.....and I didn't need to flour it. It's a nice solid rolling pin....and the metal handles are very sturdy.....no wobbling like I've got with my old wooden rolling pin. As you can see in the photos, this item was packaged very well.....no chance of it breaking in transport. The wooden stand is really nice to set it on when using and storing. When not in use, mine sits on my kitchen counter behind my mixer. I looked at many marble rolling pins on Amazon before I decided on this one and I feel like I made a good choice. I would definitely buy this one again.
