Attracted by their exquisite and unique design, they are very outstanding, with multiple color options, I chose this shackle hitch receiver for my 2021Tacoma, great product, heavy duty-as advertised. I experienced it in the rescue accident again, and I was completely satisfied with the product and its performance. I fastened on my recovery belt and pulled two cars and a truck out of the huge drift effortlessly. As long as you have a 2" receiver, this thing works perfectly. Just like plug and play. Awesome powder coating finish. It has a beautiful box lined with memory foam like a storage box . Very good protection product, you will not be disappointed after receiving it. As far as I am concerned, AUTMATCH is unmatched in terms of design and development, quality, price and durability.

Just received the shackle yesterday.Installed on 2021 Ridgeline. We live in an area with constant heavy rain so vehicles stuck on the side of the road is pretty common. Got the shackle and a new tow strap to help out neighbors from time to time.*Fit and finish= 3.5/5 a little too lose in the hitch but secure. Had small thin spot in paint on shackle but not bad.*Build quality=4/5 seems legit but lock is a little weak*Noise level=4/5 like I said a little lose but easy fix.Overall I am pleased and think it should serve no problem for years to come. Honestly seems better than the Rhino USA I have on my old S10.

This item seemed like it might have been a good product but the fit was bad. It fit way too lose in my receiver and would rattle around enough to drive me crazy. I am not talking about the D-Ring that comes with spacers to prevent it from vibrating I am talking about the part that slides into the receiver. I have towed around multiple trailers and have never had one do this.

Sloppy and does not fit inside 2 inch reciever. Poor design. Sloppy fit. Do not buy.
