Very happy with this lock
Very happy with this smart lock, installation was done very quickly by technician Niraj. He also explained how the lock works and all the unlocking methods with great patience. Support response is also very quick. And the lock works really well. Fingerprint Recognition is within a second, very quick. It's absolutely easy to use and has good unlock methods. Good quality and comes with 3 years warranty which is very good.

For the premium price not worth it , needs a bit updating
Unless someone rings in the smart lock bell you cannot operate the app and open the door , secondly after 1 year of usage the battery life is short , have to charge battery within a month .The customer service is not as easy .It is waterproof as it’s in my outdoor main gate and so far no water issuesRest all is fine
