Really helps minimize the mess under my bird's cage. Easy to lift off the bars with the hooks, easy to scoop and pour food in it. My bird doesn't poop in it as I thought he would, only rarely. He took right to it. Let's me give him more food and not have to fill it again for a week or more.

Love this! I have three parakeets, the small can hold two side by side. The seed hulls are contained in the feeder and it’s easy to dump out and add new food. The hooks don’t fit my cage perfectly, but it still works. One thing that might be more difficult is cleaning. It would be a bit difficult to clean in the food reservoir, but then your budgies are not likely to poop there (although one of mine managed to poop on the wall of the feeder) It would be nice if the perch inside is easily removable for washing as well, but it is solidly screwed in. Overall, I love it! I don’t need to clean around the cage anymore. I would definitely get again. Packaging was also extremely sturdy.

I hated spending this much on something so simple but I must admit, 90+% of what used to fall outside the cage onto the floor is gone! It is well-made and has hardware included for attaching inside or outside of your cage. The perch also had pre-drilled holes so that it could be moved a little closer (I did). I got one that is for a family of three green cheek conures and the large was a good size for them. I can’t say that any larger birds could use this feeder. It did take a couple of days for them to get comfortable with it. I put treats in the “mess” area so they would get used to going in. After that, they figured it out and are happy with it now. The feeder does have to be removed to clean but that is not hard. There is no way to fill the food bin other than the same opening as for where the birds enter either. Not a negative, just how it is. Slight inconvenience but since I don’t have a design improvement, I can’t complain. Overall, I am thrilled with not having the mess I was used to cleaning up every day.

This thing is cool! The size is perfect for a cockatiel. He loves going in to eat and we like to watch. Works great at catching seed shells, and is nice that since it hangs on the outside there is more room in the cage. Seems sturdy and the gaps it leaves are no bigger than the space between the cage bars.

2 cockatiels, both shy have figured out how to eat the food out of this. They ignored it at first. I needed to put the seed right in front. Over a couple of weeks I put more and more seed into the back. Now the cage and surrounding area are much cleaner.

My cockatiel fits perfectly in this and he’s a plump little dude. He throws his seed everywhere and scratches it like a chicken. This saves me from sweeping several times a day. Worth the money, highly recommended!

It’s good all, but only one little problem once the bird gets in the box since it’s transparent, they will start flapping around and hitting the walls of the box

We got this as my conure likes to play in his food bowl and It worked perfect he can get inside and play in there and no more wasted seed it worked better than expected well worth the money

Initially, I thought we'd cracked the mess on the floor with this product. However, our parrot discovered quite quickly how to lift the hooks off the bars of the cage. To help prevent this we secured it with a bungee cord above and below which made it more rigid but the bird kept flicking the top until, after 3 months, it managed to break it. The hooks need to be redesigned so the bird can't lift them off, and there needs to be a flap towards the top so the bird can't lift it. Either that or make it from metal in the vulnerable areas. When the parrot finally broke it, I purchased another as it's all there is. It arrived already broken in a flimsy box inside a paper bag, I sent that back and ordered another hoping it was a one-off. It wasn't, the 3rd one came today, in exactly the same packaging, despite me asking for a studier box within a box, and - you guessed it, it's broken and going back.

It arrived with missing perch and acrylic separator then I asked for a return. But the material and the functionality looks good so I will order it from another supplier for sure
