Cardiotabs Bone Essentials with MCHA & Collagen, Calcium Supplement w/Calcium Hydroxyapatite for High Absorption, Bone Density and Heart Supplement w/Vitamins, Minerals & Proteins, 120 Capsules

As far as I can tell this is a good product, recommended by my physician for bone health. Capsules are rather large and I tend to take all four together, which can be tough. But so far so good.

I got this product on recommendation from a friend, to help prevent osteoporosis. I don't want to take a lot of calcium as I have heard this can make heart problems worse, and I have some cardiovascular issues. This product contains some calcium, but not too much and most of all, it contains vitamin K2 which I read is a better solution for osteoporosis than taking calcium. The product is easy to take, I can swallow it easily and it has no taste.

It’s not easy finding a joint supplement that has calcium and collagen as well, so i am glad this product exists. I workout a lot so this product really helps with my knee and other joint issues. It helps by reducing the amount of clicking and pain. I also believe this product makes my skin look amazing! I get so many compliments with how my skin looks, and my hair has also grown so much. Overall, this supplement is going to stay in my diet!

This was recommended to me by a Np as a heart safe calcium supplement with better absorption properties. While I don’t like that he recommended dose is 4 pills, I think it’s a higher quality product than the mass market calcium supplements.

This product has worked for me. I don't have to get the shots because my bone density scan has improved. I like that it is the type of calcium that is the best absorbed & that is important. Highly recommend. Mrs. Mark

This is the best calcium supplement I have found. Calcium carbonate is simply chalk, but this my Dr. says is the most absorbable form, and it won't spike your levels. it also has vit d and zinc, both help with absorption and immunity.

I love this product for bone strength, and take them daily. Gel capsules go down easily and are tasteless. No side effects. I feel that when I take these, they contribute to my nail strength and bone density. Nails are stronger. I forgot to order one time, let it lapse for about a month, and my nails started weakening, Hope it’s strengthening my bones also.

Bone Essentials is a good addition to my dietary supplements. At my age maintaining good bone density while also maintaining heart health is an important part of my daily routine. It’s organic formula is the reason I chose this particular product.
