Q: How do you open the bottle. Can anybody help?

If you are talking about refilling the bottle, GOOD luck. I bought the 5L tin and the bottle and thought I could refill the pretty bottle. I didn't think about a tamper-proof bottle to prevent people from refilling the bottle with a cheaper olive oil! I had to break off the top to refill the bottle. What a pain! But this oil was worth it. And I used the bottle with a weird looking lid after I broke the original lid off.

Q: I love this olive oil but it bothers me that no harvest date is on the bottle that I bought. Does anyone have a date on their bottle?
