I purchased this product to go along with the Griffonia seed extract and so far there has been no negative side effects. I have been buying from bulk supplements for years. The only down said is that I had to buy a scale to measure weight from grams to milligrams. On this one my scale said 1/64 of teaspoon for 50mg. I also ask the question on this order site and it gave the same answer. So, I feel comfortable with that amount. I wish bulk supplements would break it down for us.
