Does it work with macbook pro with touch bar?

It works with the standard Apple power supply. you remove the 2 blade US north American adapter and replace it with this one it just snaps into place. I have moved to India and have used a number of these to convert my Apple power supplies. I still retain the standard 2 blade because I travel to Taiwan and they use the US North American power plugs. I just re-install the 2 blade adapter and can reconnect there. 5 stars it works very well.

Does this adapter work with 2018 macbook pro with 61w usb-c power adapter?

I’m pretty certain it should work fine. The interface for these adapters is the same on the USB-C chargers as it was on the MagSafe and MagSafe 2 chargers as well as the iPad chargers so it should work without issue.
