One of the best tools for tractor maintenance I've ever owned. Excellent design for blowing out radiators, but especially suited for blowing out air filters. These aren't cheap but they are well-built and should last if taken care of. Just a useful tip if you get one: don't throw out the plastic tube! The tube has a decent wall thickness so drill a hole at each of the air vents and then slide it back on. Use an adhesive to keep it in place and it will protect the wand from damage.

This air-powered radiator cleaner works better than using a normal air nozzle and even the "high pressure" type of nozzles. You will not believe the dust and debris that is blown out from the radiator. This tool is even better than using a pressure washers, and avoids any risk of bending the cooling fins from using the pressure washer. Easy to use. Inexpensive. Well built. Fits into narrow spaces between the engine fan, shroud, and belts to get everywhere. I highly recommend this tool if you have a radiator in an auto, truck, tractor, or mower or want to reverse flow air through engine air filters.
