After much deliberation, this is by far the best laptop to own. A lightweight 15 inch screen that removes much of the real estate and with smaller bezels. The quality of the screen is mind blowing, very sharp, with 8 million pixels, none of this 1080p stuff, makes screen watching more pleasurable. Plus the screen is a touch screen. Very fast, boot down time, 1 second. Start up time 6 seconds. i like that it comes with a asus case (how many manufacturers even supply cases, if for more expensive laptops?) Price, under 1K - what kind of spec can you get for under this price? Second screen is seldom used, a nice to have if I am on a Teams or another video call.

Replacement Asus for my previous faultless 10 year old 14 inch Asus still going strong but needed new features for company processes. Very fast and great OLED screen. Initial problems of 'Grey' screen caused by Windows 11 sorted quickly by Asus tech support.

Great display, fast computer but let down for me at least by the white keyboard that can be unreadable in the wrong light! I've resorted to buying a black keyboard and mouse and using those instead. I'll be careful never to purchase a white keyboard again!

The laptop has a very high build quality that matches the top-end Dell or similar options. The screen is very bright and also has touch support. It's a big heavier than most other Zenbooks of the same size but that's primarily due to better quality material and the screen itself. The CPU is one of the best ones out there with decent cooling that comes with the dedication of the whole left side for the purpose. The I/O ports only being on the right was something I was a bit skeptical about but that's not really an issue when there is a hub involved (which I bought separately). I couldn't get power delivery through the hub with one of the Thunderbolt ports but didn't look into it a lot. The laptop is very quiet but can heat up a bit, for professional use I would recommend getting a laptop stand with a quiet fan. The screenpad is somewhat useless in my experience and consumes too much battery. However it can easily be disabled which turns it into a touchpad. After messing around a bit with Windows I installed Ubuntu and have been using the system smoothly. The screen brightness and the processing power leads to a shorter battery life than some other Zenbooks, including my previous UX430, but it ends up with around 6 hours with my daily professional use. The camera isn't bad but it's not good either. For professional use or simply better quality an external webcam is definitely a big plus. The audio is pretty good and the built-in microphone is unusually successful which has always been an issue of mine with laptops.
