The product that was delivered to us was faulty. We tried to use the product but its not working even after consulting a technical expert. The technical expert declared that the product sold to us was faulty.. Requesting a feedback from the customer service at the earliest.

Our old lectern mic finally failed (after 40years) and purchased this one to replace it. The sound quality is significantly better and the pickup pattern is very forgiving. Unlike other condenser mics in this price range, this mic picked up the voiced of in-experienced speakers (i.e. they did not focus their voice towards the mic). For experienced mic users; this mic significantly improved the delivery of their speeches. I will be purchasing a second one for my school very soon.
