This is definitely not a game for kids under 18.

I had so much fun playing this expansion pack with my husband, our best friends, and their upper elementary daughters! We may have pulled out a couple of cards that could be constructed an inappropriate for the family but overall it had all of us in stitches!

I have played this game before and it was in a nice box with 4 times as many cards. That is what i was expecting. It appears all I got was an upgrade pack of cards. I found what I was looking for at a local game store.
