I’ve only been using this for a few days but I am someone with a lot of hormonal issues and a super sensitive gut, I find that this has helped already with bloating and has absolutely no taste! It is a tiny bit grainy but it dissolves decently into water and is more than easy to take. Includes a scoop which makes it easy to ensure you take the suggested amount. Love it!
