The good news is these are delicious cookies. The bad news is apparently I’m intolerant to cinnamon, so my night wasn’t so good after. But my family LOVED them.

I think these cookies are delicious, and they are so easy to make! They do not necessarily look like 'real cookies,' so the visual appearance can be a bit off-putting; however, once you get a spoon or fork in there, they are delicious. I would never know that they are made from healthier ingredients. Although they are definitely still a treat, they are better than some other options that are out there, and they taste fresher and more natural, too. The chocolate flavor is still strong, though, and the texture is perfect - not gritty like I might have expected. Overall, this is a great cookie mix if you are looking to eat a little bit better. All the ingredients are recognizable and great!

Great tasting, easy to make mix.

I gave them a try but I won’t be buying in the future. I didn’t have any problems making these cookies. It was simply mixing the cookie mix with 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of softened butter or coconut oil. I used the softened butter. I cooked them for 10 minutes in my oven and they were done. The cookie mix was a darker color coming out of the package and therefore a darker cookie after baking them. (See pictures). I used a cookie scoop and this package made 14 cookies. If you add the cost of the egg and butter to the cookie mix, each cookie works out to be about a dollar a piece - more than I normally would pay for home made cookies that I would make. Interestingly, I received different feedback from each person in my house that tried them. Me - chewy center, ok but not great, would chose a different chocolate chip cookie in future. Boyfriend - liked the cookie and thought they were just right Roommate - too sweet and just ok taste. Overall, of the 14 cookies, only 6 were eaten. I guess we would all rather choose something else to snack on despite all of us normally enjoying chocolate chip cookies that I normally bake.

Very impressed with this almond flour cookie mix they turned out perfectly first time trying this brand now I can't wait to try some of their other mixes

Let's face it, usually gluten-free food leaves much to be desired. Can't believe how generous many chocolate chips in this low-sugar, gluten/corn-free, quick and easy cookie mix with nice strong real vanilla aroma. Instead of heart-unhealthy vegetable oil when I'm out of healthy butter, jarred ghee works too. I bet coconut oil would also. This cookie mix is so good. The cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just as advertised. It’s a great value for money too and honestly it turns out well every time. I even froze the dough and cooked it later and the cookies tasted even better!

So delicious and easy to prep in just a couple of minutes. Love that they’re clean and healthy so you don’t even feel like you’re making an effort to alternative sweets. Also great price!
