Superb 👌
Absolutely love my Wevac CV12 Chamber Vacuum Sealer! The build quality is top-notch, and it seals everything perfectly — even soups and marinades. It’s so easy to use and feels super professional. What really impressed me was Wevac’s amazing customer service. They responded quickly when I had an issue and arranged a full replacement with zero hassle. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands by its products like this. Highly recommend — both the machine and the people behind it are outstanding!

Awesome Machine
The V10 is an awesome vacuum sealer machine. Not had it for long but so far it has been a pleasure to use and hasn’t let me down. In fact, I’m always looking for opportunities to put it to use! It’s not complicated to use. The instructions are very basic and reasonably easy to follow, but could have done with little more information on how to use each setting, such as suggestions on what timings to use when sealing different sealer bags, or when Marinating. The auto function is great as the machine will determine how much pressure is needed and how long to seal. However, when I used this setting on raw sausages, I found the sausages were very slightly flattened. In future, I will use the custom setting to choose the length of time needed for suctioning on softer items (again more information about this setting could have been helpful). There is a sealer option for when you need to seal the end of a sealer bag, and if the item is too large to place in the vacuum chamber then there is the option to vacuum it outside of the machine. The V10 is easy enough to keep clean as any liquid’s will collect in the chamber but this should happen and this cleave machine prevents such accidents from happening. The machine comes with accessories to allow you to vacuum air tight bags, mason jars (you will need an adapter sold separately), and food containers. What I would have liked to have seen included is an item needed to vacuum mason jar lids that are too big to fit into the vacuum chamber. I am now having to find a mason jar sealer attachment and have no idea which one I can use that’s compatible with the V10. (Edit, Wevac also does a handheld vacuum sealer which comes with the two lid accessories to use on mason jars - You can also connect the V10 via the air tube that comes with the v10 to one of those lid accessories for ease of use and for better suction and sealing of mason jars). Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room. This machine is very loud, which worried me when I first used it as I thought it was broken! But I have gotten used to the noise now so it’s not all that bad. It also takes a while to vacuum and seal a bag but this is not an issue as it gives you time to prepare the next sealer bag etc. Also, there’s no off switch! You have to turn it off via the wall socket! Overall, V10 is an amazing vacuum chamber sealer. It’s great at prolonging the life of food items within the fridge/freezer, and helps reduces storage spaces as you don’t need bulky storage boxes etc. Also good at sealing dry goods in marly bags etc. So I I highly recommend.

Just perfect!
I had a cheap "Vacuum Sealer" and had used it for quite a while but it was just not what I needed. I saw this on YouTube (Guga) and knew it was something I wanted to get at some point, sadly I got made redundant recently and had the money to be able to purchase this so it was on the list of first 10 purchases because of being able to seal food in a bag and freeze it. I was surprised when it turned up because I wasn't expecting it to be so big, but I should have expected it, then the next surprise was the weight of it, it's heavy and feels really well built. Once it arrived I set it up and went to Costco and a butchers near me, I put some Pork Chops in a bag and used it, the air removal was perfect, the double seal was great and makes me feel confident in no air getting in. I then because I wanted to try some "Liquids" decided I would try some Baked Beans before anything else and it sealed them perfectly in the bag with no loss of "Bean Juice", my next thing to try will be some Chicken or Beef with a Liquid Marinade but I have no worries as long as I don't put to much liquid in the bag. There is only 1 thing at the moment I think might be an issue and that is the likes of Pork/Beef Joints because I don't think there will be enough room/capacity to hold the joints and vacuum seal them, but I might be able to find some bags that will work with the "Bottle" adaptor. For me the value in this machine is great, it won't need to be replaced unlike the cheaper ones, it will if something goes wrong I believe get replaced under warranty, overall I am very happy with it. If you need a Vacuum Sealer and you want something well built, feels like it's going to last, does a very good job and well looks great as well, then this is the machine for you.

I have a £60 small vacuum machine that is more powerfull than this.... tried all settings on it and it always leaves air bubbles inside the bags. Dont waste money on this.

Superb vacuum chamber Superb customer service
Firstly, the customer service is second to none. They were very fast in replying to my initial enquiry and then subsequent correspondence was spot on. I immediately felt this was a good company. The Wevac chamber arrived quickly and safely, I was initially worried about a dent in the box and customer service said to check the machine and let them know asap if anything amiss. It was actually fine. What a smart piece of equipment, in both looks, design and efficacy. It is robust and feels like it will last a lifetime. Very simple to use and I’m really glad that I took the recommendation of Leisa (SuttonsDaze on YouTube). I have recently bought a freeze dryer and shall look at how effective this is with sealing Mylar bags. I may find I use it for the vacuum only in this case. For that I would seal the Mylar bags with the Harvest Right Impulse Sealer then cut off one corner, vacuum seal in the wevac and then reseal it if necessary. But, I’ll test it on 7mm Mylar bags first I highly recommend this item and this company. Their bags are pretty awesome too!

Loving this vacuum sealer. It does the job perfectly. Never had a bag or seal fail. Perfect for wetter items like marinaded meats. I batch up bulk portions with a variety of marinated and freeze the items I don't intend to use immediately. Simple to pull meal sized portions out of the freezer the night before.

I was using a push down sealer to vacuum seal bulk meat purchases. Juices were always a problem with continuous cleanup. I got a freeze dryer to start making MREs for camping and emergency preparedness. They use Mylar bags which a bar vacuum sealer won’t work with. I don’t have to vacuum seal freeze dried food but it helps with space. This has worked perfectly removing the air and sealing the Mylar bags. I’ve also used it to seal regular vacuum seal bags I used on my push down sealer for bulk meat purchases. No more juice messes! I could seal bags of broth and soup and freeze them with no mess! Depth was a deciding factor for me overall and this unit had more depth than other models and I’m glad I got a deep model. During the process some bags and pouches will actually expand like a balloon and I’ve had larger items push against the glass lid and visibly stress their seems continuing to expand where there’s no resistance. Actually had a pouch burst, thankfully it was just dry noodles so no mess. Transferred to another bag, pressed the air out better before starting and that solved that problem. This has a pretty large capacity. I’ve done some 1/2 pint bags with freeze dried fruits and I’ve done gallon size Mylar bags with noodles (pictured) and rice and sugar and such. Gallon is the largest you can go. I included pictures of the gallon bag of noodles to show relative size and depth. The unit is very solid and robust. It has a strong thick metal body, thick glass door and it’s decently balanced when picking up so it doesn’t feel like it wants to tip any certain direction when I pick it up to put it away. Speaking of picking it up. It’s quite heavy but manageable. However, I soon found a permanent location because it was heavy and I didn’t want to risk eventually dropping it. It’s a bit large so not something you may want on your kitchen counter long term. My only real gripe and I believe it’s just me being impatient and this is just the nature of owning and operating a vacuum chamber sealer is, it can take awhile to seal some things. There’s three presets for sizes. S for stuff around 1/2 pint bag, M for quart sizes, and L for gallon. The preset times are 30s, 45s, and 55s respectively for these sizes. That can take awhile to seal a bunch of bags. I’m standing there waiting for around a minute per item. I can go do something else though and then switch the next bag. You can set your own times but that’s content specific I’ve found. I can do a 10-20 second vacuum on freeze dried foods because it doesn’t have to be absolutely air free, but it still draws it down pretty tightly. I also don’t want it too tight because some dried foods have hard edges. But sealing meats like chicken breasts in 2-3s, hot dogs, steaks, they need it to run fairly long to really get that air out. Otherwise you’re left with a couple small air pockets still. With the push down vacuum sealer you can massage the air bubbles out while it’s still drawing air out, not when it’s in the chamber. I like to pre-make and freeze mini smash burgers; basically meatballs. Those will not draw the air fully from between them like the push down can. But everything else it excels at when vacuum sealing. Having this able to do liquids, I’ve started making sweet tea in bulk and sealing them in quart Mylar bags. One bag makes a whole gallon. Just grab it, dump it in a pitcher, fill the rest of the way with water and stir. Perfect like I just made it, but I made 12-20 so I have that mane weeks already done I can just grab and make up real quick. Just something I can do now since I have this instead of making a pot every week. It’s a bit pricy compared to push sealers but it’s a game changer for resealing bulk purchases. Oh, I also just got a smoker so I can use this to marinade meats deeply, and I bought a sous vide capable ninja since this does liquids. Opening new doors all kinds of ways in my kitchen game.

I am really happy with the Wevac Chamber Vacuum Sealer. It is of high quality and I've been getting consistent good results sealing food for freezing or cooking in Sous Vide. It works well even with difficult things like soups or broth. I've been using it for a couple of months with consistent good results. One tiny tip that seems to keep it working well is to smear a tiny amount of vegetable oil around the seal occasionally. The unit seems well made and gives consistent results. Time will tell how it holds up but right now I would definitely recommend this purchase to anyone wanting to lift their game to a chamber vacuum sealer.
