Hi, can I use the paint in plastic for scale models?

Yes they can. They are a bit glossy,, and I found that glossy paint does not cover plastic very well. You will want to spray a primer on your plastics first to give it a bit of a bite.

Depending on how many you get a regular shoe box should be just fine to store them

Can these be used on fabric, to decorate a shirt?

Wash shirt prior to painting. Let dry for at least 24 hours. Then heat set for permanency and washability. I would Google it for exact instructions. Might be easier to purchase fabric paints.
