I purchased these supplements for hormone support, but I believe I am getting much more. I try to keep up with various supplements that I feel I need and was happy to see the number of positive supplements from this 'Metabolic Maintenance' product. My attention was drawn to the backside and the ingredient list. Many of these I take separately, so it was nice to get them all in one capsule. I still take other supplements, but this product narrows down my list. After two weeks I would say a slight increase in a positive mood, but that could also be due to the better weather and getting out more, however, I feel this product has something to do with it. Feel good about this purchase.

So I checked out this product because a friend recommended it. I had been having problems every month with awful PMS symptoms. I had a partial hysterectomy a few years back but still tend to have the wonderful symptoms of pms. They say it doesn’t happen but for some it does. I was getting bloated and crampy and the whole 9 yards. Putting on 5lbs of water weight, irritable… I didn’t believe her when she told me about it because it’s natural but I was desperate. My dr kept telling me there’s really not much u can do. This works. I’ve been using it for 2 months and the first month I had very minor symptoms but the next month I had none. It’s literally a miracle, I can’t believe it. Try it!!!

This has good ingredients and has helped my hormonal issues. I feel better, and my skin is clearing up some. This has a variety of supplements to help with overall health along with hormones and metabolism. Very satisfied with this so far.

I'm postmenopausal so it's always good to take some DIM. Every serving has 100 mg of DIM along with other vitamins like C, E, B-6, etc. It's probably a good combination. Does say that the formula is moisture sensitive and to consume within 90 days.
