its super cute! and easy! it took like 2 minutes to make them and it heats up super fast! the design is cute and i didnt have any issues with the design being messy (i used pam to spray it down) the only issue i have is cleaning i knew the cleaning would be tedious before i bought it so i was prepared i sprayed it with dishsoap and scrubbed it the issue was mainly rinsing you just have to rinse multiple time under gentle water and be careful, then you have to dry it very good the wire is a bit short but that didnt matter to me but just a heads up to anyone whos outlet is far away from where they wanted to put it

For the price point, I think it should come with an on and off switch. It’s a very fast little machine and the imprint of Hello Kitty is really cute, but I just wish it came with an on and off switch instead of having to unplug it, but it does work very fast. It’s very effective.

It makes the perfect sandwich. I leave mine in there a little longer than when the light turns green just because I feel like its not toasty enough so just check on it while cooking. The image turns out perfect. You get what you pay for
