Q: How long does the scent last for mens refresh body wash?

A couple hours but I think it's like women's perfume...depends on your body chemistry

Q: Does it lather as well as the bars do? And is the scent just as good?

I've never used the bar version, however I love the body wash scent and the quality of the lather. I will add, however, that the Amazon version does not seem to lather as well as the store-bought version. Seems it has a thinner viscosity than the store-bought. The scent is the same comparing the Amazon product to the store bought product.
