Soft and cozy
These socks withstood a short hike in Newfoundland, Canada. I wore them over 12 hours. They were the perfect amount of soft/cozy and thickness. They came up right under my calves. They’ve been washed once and maintained their quality. I recommended these socks.

Soft, warm socks
I was looking for soft, sturdy socks and bought these after reading the reviews. They live up to all their rating. I bought a package of them, and then another, so that I could have enough for a week without additional laundry. Then my daughter found them in my sock drawer and "borrowed" a pair. She's tactile defensive and finding socks that she will wear can be difficult. She instantly fell in love with their softness and so I bought another two sets for her. We're stocked for socks, as these are not only soft, warm and comfortable - they stand up to many wash/dry cycles and retain their shape and softness. Now, if they only made a bodysuit out of this, I'd be set for life (or at least the cold months).

Effective, economical alternative to moisturizing socks.
I bought these to replace the Earth Therapeutics Aloe Socks, Tan I bought a while back. Although the Earth Therapeutic ones were very soft, they shed nonstop, even after multiple wash-and-dry cycles; the "infused" aloe vera was undetectable and offered no benefit; and they were just too darn expensive. Here you're getting four pairs of socks for $17, and they're soft, warm, fit well, don't shed, and do a perfectly good job of keeping the moisturizer I slather on my feet before bed on winter nights ON my feet (and off my sheets). They don't absorb the moisturizer themselves, as the thin cotton moisturizing socks do, and a multipack means I've got choices when a pair is in my dirty laundry bag. It's a win all around. One caveat: The inside toe seam is very pronounced (see pic). If you find that seams irritate your feet, you may want to look elsewhere.

Socks in Crocs
These are great! I wear open-toed Crocs around the house, year round. I like that they are hard-soled in case I accidentally step on a pet toy, hairball from one of the cats, or run into something with a big toe, such as my spin bike with the heavy iron base (ouch!!!). But my feet get cold in the winter time. I don't like the closed toed Crocs because then my feet sweat. So I decided on these socks to wear with my Crocs. They are great! We've had a couple of really cool days and haven't turned on the heat yet. These socks are the softest I've ever felt. They keep my feet warm, but don't make them sweat. And I can easily toss them in the washer on the "hand wash" setting, then hang to dry. And they aren't too thick to wear with my Croc slippers. They are a bit slippery inside the slippers. But I figure that issue will probably go away after a few washings. If not, no big deal.

Bought for myself and as a gift
I bought the set with 3 pairs and was so pleased that I bought this one with 6 pairs of socks. I plan on giving a couple pairs to a friend for Xmas who, like me, always has cold feet (even in the summer!). I use these during the day and in bed at night - they fit well in slippers and shoes. I don’t know why some people are saying that the colors aren’t the same as shown - a picture can’t be 100% accurate. The set comes with 4 pairs of ‘salt and pepper’ black, gray, maroon, tan and one each of a solid black and white. The ones that I’m keeping for myself I have washed in the machine (on a ‘hand wash’ setting) with Woolite and let them air dry - there were no problems with pilling or shrinking. I like the fact that these aren’t made of wool which makes me very itchy (my friend also) even after a few hours of wearing. Another positive point is that the elastic around the top of the socks doesn’t feel constricting or tight, just comfortable. I definitely recommend these socks!

High quality, warm and comfy, not horribly over thick like most
Got these as a gift for my daughter and borrowed them. Bought my own withini. A month!! Not like other cheaply made fuzzy socks. These look great and keep me warm. No seams at toes to drive you crazy. Beautiful simple packaging. Planning to buy more as gifts.LOVE THESE!

Warm and Toasty
I love these socks. I actually bought them to wear in bed at night, thinking they were more like fleece socks. They are not, but I decided to keep them and try them out as 'day wear socks' and I'm sold! they are very soft and thick -- but not so think that I have trouble getting my stockinged foot into my shoes. I have a wide foot *and* bunions and the socks fit great. and they are warm and toasty. I've only had them a few weeks, so am not able to comment yet on how they hold up over time, but I'll repost if there's any problem.
