Such a BUMMER. The overall product does a fair job of keeping ice water cold, however 6 weeks after moderate use, the rubber spout connected to the straw broke (which is convenient, now that I don't have to option to return for a replacement. Really upsetting since I had grown to love this water bottle and strictly hand washed everything to increase life longevity. It wasn't the easiest to drink from as there is more resistance when compared to a Contigo brand bottle, but after a while I stopped noticing the degree of difficulty when sipping from it. Above everything, I'm just bummed. I wish there was an option to order replacement rubber tips for situations such as this. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a bottle to last. Update as of August 31, 2019: Within 2 days of writing previous review, I received an email from the Iron Flask company stating that they were sorry to hear the spout broke and that they wanted to rectify the total experience by sending out a replacement immediately. Within 2 days I received not only a replacement lid with a new rubber spout tip, but 2 REPLACEMENT lids with rubber spout tips, plus 2 EXTRA rubber spout tips, 4 extra straws and 2 extra straw cleaners. In my opinion, THAT is how excellent customer service is done! I am now able to use my water bottle, and have plenty of replacements at my disposal, just in case. Slightly annoying that it happened to begin with, but in my opinion, the company did everything necessary to ensure overall customer satisfaction, and I must say, they NAILED IT.

BEST water bottle ever !! I got the 32 oz In Winter White ... I filled it with ice and put water in it on a Sunday and Tuesday it still has ice in it I AM IN Shock because I didn't think that would happen I actually did that on purpose just to see how long the ice would stay solid and I am truly amazed also the water tastes REALLY good I also love the facr that it came with 3 different caps and an extra straw No other water bottle offers that soo that was a huge plus honestly I cant say enough about this bottle .. i literally did alot of back n forth research on this brand for like 3 weeks before i finally made my purchase and i am Glad i did AWESOME price for an AWESOME bottle .. 1 thing I do suggest is purchase the rubber boot for the bottom of the bottle so it doesn't get messed up other than that 10 stars from me 😁

I had seen people walking around with this type of water bottle for several years but dismissed it as trendy - plus, I was afraid of water having a metallic taste. I could not have been more wrong! These bottles are amazing! (This is my second one - I now have one at home and one at work.) What I like best is how long the water stays cold - at least overnight - and usually there are still ice cubes left. There is absolutely no metallic taste. I have a hard time understanding why people would pay more for a status brand when Iron Flask works perfectly, has a guarantee (which the company stands behind), and the company offers excellent customer service. I also purchased one of the boots for the bottom and am glad I did as it keeps the bottle from sliding and tipping. I bought the 32 oz size so it would be easy to know I had gotten my full 64 oz for the day after emptying two of them; however, please note that Iron Flask clearly states this size will NOT fit in your car's cup holder which is kind of a bummer. All in all, though, an excellent product and an excellent company. I love it so far! I really like the logo design, it gives me scientific vibes. Also, great quality and what really sold me was the three lid types that came with it. Most other brands either don’t have other lids or you have to purchase them for quite a price. No leakage at all. Keeps water cold for over 12 hours. No condensation issues at all. My only wish is that it came with a sort of travel bag for the extra lids to store them in for hikes/actual travel or even just to store them in the kitchen cupboard. Would be handy.
