Who's Holding Your Ladder

I selected this reading because it was required by the Pastor of my church. I am a Deacon of the church and my Pastor felt it would help all deacons & ministers to understand his direction better by reading this material. There was nothing that I disliked about this book. It was easy reading and the author wrote in a way anyone could understand. I would highly recommend this book to any deacons, ministers or individuals who are striving to get more in touch with their spiritual life. It's also good reading for anyone who want to know and understand the direction of leadership, their vision or even themselves clearer.

I would recommend this book be required reading, not only by leaders but by those of us who consider ourselves "support staff" or "administrators" and even "just a secretary". We find out we are just as important as the leaders! We also will find out we are often on the way "up the ladder" towards a leadership position but at the time, we did not know it! I have quoted it so often in the past 2 months, that my boss had me do a "book report" in a mandatory supervisors' meeting.

I like the book and it arrived in a timely manner and is in great condition, but was disappointed to see on the back cover that the book retailed for $24.95 and that I actually paid $47.00 + for the book; almost double the price. A very good learning experience for me.

Great book

I liked this book because it helped me develop into a better leader who delegates. It also lets me know that it is important to make sure I have the right people around me.

Interesting read

I ordered the book in the pix but another book with the same title and author came.

This book is a must read for leaders, both beginners and seasoned. I enjoyed it thoroughly!!!
